Información importante:

La viñeta de papel debe pegarse en el interior del parabrisas para que sea válida.
Solo están disponibles viñetas anuales; no existen opciones diarias, semanales o mensuales.
La viñeta debe colocarse en el parabrisas, fuera de cualquier franja tintada, para asegurar el cumplimiento.

Tipos de Viñetas:

Viñeta anual: Esta viñeta es válida por un año calendario y es obligatoria para los vehículos que pesen hasta 3.5 toneladas. Los remolques dentro de este límite de peso también requieren una viñeta adicional.

¿Qué sucede si conduzco en Suiza sin una viñeta?

Conducir por las carreteras de peaje suizas sin una viñeta válida puede resultar en multas significativas. Se realizan controles regulares, y el incumplimiento puede conllevar sanciones.

He recibido una multa, ¿qué debo hacer?

Si ha recibido una multa en Suiza, puede contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente de tolltickets para obtener más información sobre el motivo de la multa y asistencia para impugnarla.

¿Se me reembolsará la viñeta si mi parabrisas se rompe?

Si el parabrisas debe ser reemplazado debido a daños, la compañía de seguros de los vehículos registrados en Suiza se encargará de reemplazar la viñeta. Para los vehículos extranjeros (no registrados en Suiza), las oficinas de aduanas emitirán una nueva viñeta al presentar la antigua (incluso si está rota) y la factura del reemplazo del parabrisas del taller de reparación de automóviles. Puede solicitar directamente a la oficina de aduanas un reemplazo.
