- via fixed wiring by a qualified workshop.
What happens if the device is not powered?
Without external power, the device operates only for a limited time.
To ensure correct toll collection, it must always be connected to a power supply.

Yes. Vehicle changes can be managed via your online customer account.
What should I do in case of loss or theft?
You can block the device directly via your customer account and contact tolltickets support.
