Which toll box should I use?
In France, it’s important to use the right toll box:

- Use a Liber-t box if your vehicle is below 3.5 tons total weight and below 3 meters in height.
- Use a TIS-PL box if your vehicle is over 3 meters in height or over 3.5 tons, or if your vehicle has more than 2 axles and a height over 3 meters, or for vehicle trains with an overall height over 3 meters.
Can I use my tolltickets France toll box on the free-flow sections?
Yes, you can use your toll box France (Liber-t and TIS-PL) on the free-flow sections of the French motorway.
Where can I find my toll transactions and invoices?
You can find all your transaction details and tolltickets invoices in your customer account.
How can I manage my tolltickets devices and contract?
In your tolltickets account, you can:

What tunnels are included on my tolltickets France toll box?
With your toll box France, you have access to all the tunnels that are part of the French motorway network. The tunnels of Mont-Blanc and Fréjus that connect France and Italy are not included.
What should I do when I plan to use a rental car?
Upon receipt of the rental car, please make sure that you change the license plate number used privately with your toll box so that it matches that of your rental vehicle. After returning your rental car, please do not forget to link your toll box back to your private license plate.
